Shipping policy
SHIPPING: All orders are sent from the Gold Coast in Australia. As well as domestic, we also offer international shipping to New Zealand.
GENERAL INFORMATION: Orders will be dispatched within 24-48 hours.
All orders are sent via Australia Post, who advise a 2-6 day window for domestic deliveries. Every order comes with tracking information.
Please note we are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers as shipping carriers may experience their own delays.
Lost: We don’t take responsibility for lost packages. We cannot replace or refund packages delivered to the provided address. If a package is marked "Delivered," check your order for the correct address. Contact the local post office for assistance in recovering the package.
Delay: Contact the carrier immediately if your tracking information shows a delay.
They may need additional information to deliver your package.
